Does anyone know of any good resources for educating teenagers about disability?

An issue came up with my first year (age 12-13) social activities class in school regarding disabilities and especially their attitude towards people with disability. Now I know all the technical data (I have a younger sister who has Down's Syndrome and have been involved in a lot of volunteer disability groups) but I'm looking for some resources or worksheets to make this accessible to the group that I'm teaching now and especially concerning attitude and prejudice towards people with a disability.

Any help is very much appreciated - thank you in advance.Does anyone know of any good resources for educating teenagers about disability?
For physical disabilities there is this wonderful group called Rise Adventures.

Here's a neat website as well to maybe show your class that people with disabilities can have fun just like we do.

borrow a wheel chair for a day make each student spend an hour of their day in it.

you could also cover one of their eyes or both. ears can be done by playing white noise through a portable steer.

the students must try to follow their usual routine for that hour.

watch them change.
