How do I start a CORPORATION with other TEENAGERS?

Me and a few other teens (15-17) are starting a small corporation under the guidance of our school (its a school thing), but we dont know what product to sell, and we need to do one that doesnt require much start up fee.How do I start a CORPORATION with other TEENAGERS?
this is my idea but keep it simple. go to walmart and buy a bunch of those new energy saving light bulbs then go door to door in your area of all your students houses and friends and family and offer to change their light bulbs for only $2.50 donation per bulb the average house has 8 to 15 lights. be careful and you will see a great return and you will be doing something for the community you can even ask for larger donations because of the cause your promoting. make it a non profit and just pay your executives a fee for their time. hope this helps. How do I start a CORPORATION with other TEENAGERS?
Are you sure that you are being asked to form an actual corporation or just a pretend one?

Because you won't be able to do it since none of you are of legal age to enter into contracts by yourselves (parents or guardians would need to sign for you).

To incorporate a business requires a lawyer no matter what - and lawyers aren't cheap no matter what.

Plan on $250 to $500 to incorporate a business (which as you say has no idea what it is going to sell). The usual successful order is develop a business plan and then start the business - not the other way around.

If your teachers can tell you otherwise (i.e. that teens can form a corp.) by all means follow their advice.
try home made cookies, trust me some people have become multimillionaires doing this and you don't need lots of start up money to do this!! good luck
You'll need an adult. You can't do much while you're under 18.
