How much does it cost to decorate a teenagers bedroom?

I really want to decorate my bedroom.... like a room from pb teens or something. haha. please let me know if you have decorated your room before... any tips/ ideas? should there be a theme. If im starting all over again I want it to love it by the end. how much will I need to spend anyway?

The best way to decorate your room is to start out by clipping pics.of rooms that appeal to you from decorating magazines. Once you've collected a good amount of different pics, look for what elements in the pics have been repeated. For example, 5 out of 10 pics. had a red rug or white furniture or lavender walls.


The theme should be, in my opinion ,';the things you love';.After all, where else and at what other time in your life will you be able to decorate to suit only your own style? In the future, unless you plan to live alone,you'll have to compromise. So have it your way now and use the colors and styles that make you feel most comfortable.
